Edwards Air Force Base - This Air Force Base was designed to be a flight testing center. Since the 1950's almost every single aircraft owned and operated by the United States military has been tested at Edwards Air Force Base. For more information on scheduling a tour, click the link.
Mojave Air and Space Port - This famous airport is not only used as a general public airport, but also for flight testing, space industry development, and aircraft maintenance and storage. Many films, television shows, commercial, and music videos have been filmed at this location. Tours are available daily.
Exotic Feline Breeding Compound - This feline conservation center has more than 70 of the world's most endangered cats including tigers, jaguars, cougars, leopards, bobcats and more. It is open to the public 10:00 am - 4:00 pm everyday (excluding Wednesdays).
Mojave Natural Preserve - This national park is filled will gorgeous fields of flowers, Joshua tree forests, and astounding canyons and mountains. This is the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys spending some time in the great outdoors!
Alta Wind Farms - The Alta Wind Energy Center is located in the Mojave Desert and recently acquired $394 million in funding to complete the Mojave project. Click on the link to read more information about future projects.
